How do I get started?

  1. Step 1 - Click here to register or sign in.

  2. Step 2 - Browse and select the items that you’re looking to source.

  3. Step 3 - Checkout the items and proceed to review your shopping cart.

  4. Step 4 - Upon review, you can save your shopping cart list or just proceed to payment.

  5. Step 5 - Once payment has been made, you will receive an order and payment receipt sent to your email.

  6. Bonus Step - If this is your first order with us, our Customer Happiness Specialist will be contacting you via phone to confirm your details.

Do you do Credit Terms?

  • Dropee is a B2B Marketplace where we connect businesses like yourself to suppliers (also known as sellers, vendors, distributors & brand owners). As long as you have made any purchase with any suppliers, you will be able to request for Credit Terms from supplier. Please contact our Customer Happiness Specialist should you need more info!

Can I save my purchasing list for future re-orders?

  • Definitely! Just click “Save Shopping Cart” at the Checkout page before you proceed to Payment.

I cannot find the products that I’m looking for. How then?

  • Click here to see our product list, alternatively you can also call us at +6 010 777 4747 OR email us at contact@dropee.com, and we will source it for you!

I don’t know how to source from your website. It’s too complicated! What do I do?

  • Click on “How does it work?” or call us at +6 010 777 4747 and we’ll help you. If you have want us train your employees, we can also arrange a brief workshop at your convenience.

How long does the delivery take? What’s the lead time?

  • Delivery time varies across different suppliers, but the average delivery time is between 3-5 working days.

How does the payment work?

  • For purchases of products, currently we receive payment via online FPX or Bank Transfer only. You will soon be able to purchase via credit card and Dropee Wallet for more savings! For subscription, you can pay via Bank Transfer or credit card.

What kind of products can I find on Dropee?

  • Products featured in Dropee ranges from FMCG, drinks, confectionary, baby products, beverages and office, event supplies and more more!

How to browse for products & suppliers on our platform?

  • To view products by categories, browse from the Product tab on the top left menu bar.

Are the prices on Dropee cheaper than my current Supplier’s pricing?

  • If you are dealing with the same supplier on our platform, the price will be the same. However as we deal mostly with key dealers, high likelihood you will get better pricing from our website. Also, you might find the minimum order quantity (MoQ) more suited for your demand. Bear in mind, Dropee does NOT take any transaction fees as we focus on providing the best sourcing experience between the Buyers and Suppliers. In return, we only take a subscription fee - you can check it out here.

Can you guarantee the quality of the products?

  • All our suppliers are vetted thoroughly and have been specially curated by our team of experts. Should you have any complaints, please drop us an email at contact@dropee.com 

I have questions about a specific product (Condition, quantity, lead time ETC).

I am interested in to become one of your suppliers.

Is the delivery free?

  • The delivery is free only if you decided to pick up the goods yourself. Otherwise, the delivery fee varies from each Supplier. Click here for more info.

What are the delivery charges?

  • You can find our delivery charges here.

How do I track the delivery status of my items?

  • Unfortunately, you are not able to track your items at the moment. But our team is working hard to have that feature on our site soon. In the meantime, the average delivery time is between 3-5 working days.  

I have urgent items I need to source for next day delivery. Can you help?

  • Contact us directly at +6 010 777 4747 or contact@dropee.com for your urgent delivery and we’ll attend to you as soon as possible!

Will I be notified on the day of my delivery?

  • This feature will be released soon, stay tuned!

I need extra copies of invoices for my orders. Where can I get them?

  • You can find copies of your invoice on your dashboard. It’s a simple 3 step process. Step 1 - Head to My DashboardStep 2 - Click on “Purchase History”Step 3 - Search and download the invoice

There are some errors in my tax invoice. What should I do?

  • Oops, this is embarrassing. Please email us at contact@dropee.com and we’ll fix it as soon as we can.

Will I receive a quotation for my orders?

  • No, what you see is what you get. All prices listed on Dropee is given directly by manufacturers and/or key dealers. Thus, you are already getting it at the best price possible given the small minimum order quantity. If you think you would like to be eligible for a special price, click on the “Special Price” button before adding the product to your shopping cart.

How does your refund system work?

  • If the items you received were damaged/defective, please send us a photo at contact@dropee.com and we will initiate the refund process. You will then receive credit back into your account.

When will I get my replacements?

  • Our target turnaround time is within 5 business days.

I have received incorrect goods that I did not order or an item is missing from my order.

  • We apologise in advance should that ever happen. Please drop us an email at contact@dropee.com and our User Happiness Hero will be attending to you shortly. We will liaise and contact the supplier or vendor to ensure your products and goods will be replaced.

Do you provide Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) services?

  • No we do not.

I’d like to pick up the purchased items myself. How am I to do so? And where do I pick it up from?

  • You will be picking the items up from the Supplier’s designated warehouse. The pickup location will be shared in your tax invoice.

Why are there “Pre-order” items?

  • That’s because the Supplier ran out of stock for your chosen product. However, once restocked, the Supplier will deliver the product as soon as they can.
